Mini tribute to Lanceval, probably the earliest known Tintin fan character, created by Emmanuel "Exem" Excoffier. Lanceval is a Swiss police detective who's mostly competent

Funnily enough, he would go on to star in a few charity and/or educational comics from the 1980s-90s with the name Percelot. It's basically this:
