Shame they didn't done any more befriendable bosses in the Yo Kai Watch series. So here are some boss yo kai, that don't have befriendable forms, but would be neat to befriend.

Day 342 – Tarantutor

Today's repost is some sketches of a scenario in my AU where Milly's squad visits the school at night after hearing rumors about unusual activity, similar to Nate and his group in the first game!

The first doodle, similar to a past repost, is supposed to be a fake chapter/episode cover, with the implication that Milly does end up encountering Tarantutor, the "s p i d e r" (that's not ACTUALLY a spider with SIX LEGS) who haunts the school.

The next doodle has the main squad of this "chapter/episode!" Marli, Milly's sister, gets more time to shine; she does get a Yokai Watch at one point following a time where she gets inspirited by AllNyta, though the time and reason that she does hasn't been established yet X). Point is that, because the group splits up to cover more ground and for Whisper to monitor Marli's usage of the watch independently (since she's newer with it), this squad ends up discovering about Tarantutor before the others and end up having to find and rescue Milly before it's too late. >:0

Finally, the last two doodles are a scene I would imagine at one point in the "episode/chapter!" As you may know, Stellaria is rather timid, and so, by the time Marli's group notices Tarantutor, even if they don't have to confront it, I'm sure she got scared, and with AllNyta being the closest person to her in that moment, I thought it'd be funny if she hid behind him! He definitely doesn't expect it and probably would rather not have that happen, though in the end, he accepts it, for Ria and him are friends by this point. No idea why I drew his hair and horns so differently from how I always have drawn them but I still like how these doodles look! (even if I forgot the stars) CX

This was definitely one of my favorite sequences to doodle things for, so I hope you enjoy what I have to offer! ✨

This spooky spider is hidden somewhere in Springdale (his name will give you a clue). His arachnid nature means that he has the ability to climb up walls and trap you in sticky webs. Good luck taking him down!

Spoilers under the cut!

Boss Fight: Tarantutor starts out clinging to the ceiling. Use your ranged Yo-kai Soultimate attacks right away to hit all of his legs at once. After his legs have been attacked enough times, they will turn green. When all of his legs turn green, he will fall down, exposing the weak spot on his belly. Then, use your strongest Yo-kai attacks or techniques to do maximum damage!

Game Bio: A spider Yo-kai that lives at school and looks for prime opportunities to eat students. It’s so shy it comes out only at night.
