Tarot passed away this morning after a brief struggle with a yet unknown illness; really rapidly, she suddenly began feeling unwell and refusing to eat or do much. The closest vet appointment we could get her was going to be tomorrow morning. Words can’t express how much I loved this little guy, and I’m going to miss her endlessly every day. She of course has no understanding of how many people looked at her pictures online, but she has always been a huge ham and I’m sure she would have loved it. Thank you to everyone who’s shared positivity about Tarot since her adoption; she was originally a feeder rat, then taken to the shelter. I hope she knew that the last six months she spent with us were a gift for the both of us, and this would have been a forever home no matter how long she lived. Rest easy Tarot, we will all miss you endlessly. You were such a good girl.
