He heard her long before she knocked on the door with the words Nelson & Murdock printed on the window. Matt called to whoever the woman was (clearly not Karen or Foggy from the different footstep pattern) that the door was open. Getting up from his desk, he exited his small office to greet the new client. Or what he was hoping would be a client.

“Welcome to the offices of Nelson & Murdock. I’m Matthew Murdock, how can I help you today.” he offered his hand out to her after fixing his suit jacket; head angled slightly towards the ceiling, waiting for her response.
