A Magical Encounter
Jane was walking through the jungle, collecting some fruits for lunch later that afternoon. But she heard a peculiar noise, like a tiny bell ringing. That's unlike any bird I've heard here... thought Jane. She followed the noise when suddenly a soft golden light shown from underneath the leaves. She peered in to get a closer look, and found the most wonderful creature she'd ever seen. It was a pixie, or fairy, like the ones she used to read about when she was little. She was so shocked that she gasped sharply, which made the tiny pixie notice her.
"Good morning Tarzan!" Jane said. "Do you know what day it is?" she asked, smiling
Tarzan pursed his lips, looking up to Jane with a curious expression. "Christmas, right? That is what everybody else seems to be saying."
