Taskforce Distortion Spike in Membership
Over the past 10 days, there have been 9 applicants to @taskforcedistortion, after a two month period of no new members.
Taskforce Distortion is a group with the goal of helping people across the multiverse. They have helped out a great many groups, and taken down a number of nefarious schemes.
Applicants include Rose of @hisuianhellion and Tapestry of @gildedgaggle, among others. I wish them all the best.

What one of our division members said was a spiteful remark inured by stress of the current situation.
I was stressed by the seeming disregard of our way of travel, and I felt asking you upfront about that would not give me a good response.
None of us have good experiences with group organizations, and are currently dealing with one that is stressing us out due to a member of ours being within that universe. (You've seen them, Project Exclusion)
So we assumed the worse due to past experience.
This is not an excuse of my Division Leader's or my behavior, this is a explanation for our stress.
We are under duress, our minds are very frayed, we are doing our best with the current intense stress that is being put on us.
Miscommunications happen, assumptions are made, fear and spite can take over our minds in the worst of situations, and I deeply apologize for that.
Looking from a outside view, your seeming 'trashing' of the Distortion world greatly upset me and sent a large number of us into a panic.
We did not know how you would react from a direct confrontation.
We were not thinking clearly.
... Though those anons were not from any of our active members, frankly I do not know where they are from. Which is the manner of this website... a very annoying part of this website.
I wish that part of the site was not present in this current moment, as it brought the situation to light before any of us in the Taskforce could calm down to have a proper discussion.

Answering this privately for the sake of simply not dragging this into a public forum... I will offer an olive branch. I accept the apology and explanation. Another by the name of 'Shape' had opted to explain the "why" earlier, though I opted not to answer it because it sounded closer to "this is why they acted like that, you should be more understanding" when I had never been given that context. Only the... unprofessional accusation and subsequent jester's jabbing the anonymous users had given. I understand a defensive notion towards your colleagues and friends... but too defensive and it comes across as accusatory.
I want to know what's led to such a violent dismissal of both our mission statement and up-front knowledge. I'm sure you can see why keeping the fact that we have a rapport with Giratina, at least the one that functions in the Distortion World near our own reality, under the radar was a cautionary move we had made. It was... my own disdain for yet another dismissal of my actions that made me "lash out".
...I will... provide some measure of proof of my words, though. I want this to go well, especially after having taken a closer, more scrutinizing look at this Project Exclusion you've mentioned. I am... equally as disturbed as you are in that front.

She's kinda small, so I'm assuming she's young. I'm thinkin' the name... Linda. No rhyme or reason, I just like namin' them real names for fun.
I smell like Carnivine spit now, though, which has attracted a few Budew. So this may turn out to be a blessing. Or a curse. Depends on if it catches the attention of something more aggressive.
........ also should I be worried that a member of a multiversal task force knows about me.
