TASR propaganda for the rarepair tournament.

I think a good basis for their relationship is that they're both competent, but overlooked and mistreated by the shitty system they're stuck in.

Skoodge went through all the same training to become an Invader as everyone else and the Tallest still treat him like dirt. They assigned him the worst mission and when he ended up succeeding before all the other Invaders they weren't impressed, they were embarrassed. Meanwhile, Tak got screwed over by Zim and wasn't given a second chance even though she deserved it and got an arguably even worse assignment than getting stuck on Foodcourtia when she hadn't done anything wrong. Then Zim simply walks out on his rightful punishment and the Tallest give him what he wants just because he acted entitled to it while she has to beg and grovel and ultimately take what she's already earned.

Skoodge is a natural follower, always eager to carry out orders from the Tallest or Zim without question. But even when he does everything right and suffers greatly for the benefit of others, they still don't appreciate him and continue to take advantage of him and cast him aside at the earliest convenience. So I think Tak would be good for Skoodge because she's smart enough to recognize how useful he is and treat him better because it'd be a waste of his talents to just use him as bait or canon fodder. And Skoodge would be good for Tak because after all the crap she's been through because nobody ever cut her a break it'd be nice for her to have someone who's reliable and loyal to a fault.
