"At first glance, they seem almost wholesome by villain couple standards, but it quickly becomes apparent that Rezaren is constantly lying to Tassia and disregarding her opinions: as his other relationships show, even when he loves someone he isn't willing to respect them as someone whose opinions and decisions should hold equal value to his own. Tassia keeps coming up with excuses for him because she's so desperate to continue believing he's a good person, until she seemingly becomes disillusioned with him when he truly goes off the deep end at the end of the show. It seems like this might be the end of their relationship, but then Rezaren gets killed and the grief seems to drag her right back in. I just love the irony of his death and the fact that it means he's no longer capable of disappointing her being what makes her love endure. That's where the show ends and it's very unlikely we'll see a follow-up, but from the way her last scene is framed I just *know* Tassia ruins her life trying to avenge the evil dead boyfriend she wouldn't even care about if he was still alive 👍 If you get it, you get it."
