✨Another amazing day, that God have bless me with. Just know that all sources of conflict are a waste of energy. To be truthful is always best. The true always show its self. For me, either a friendships or a relationship or anything that concern me; the truth is at the top of my values. To be truthful, I always feel free. So be truthful to yourself as I make truth my top priority, even at work. As I say you have to have some kind of class to be honest, loyal, trustworthy, faithful and to communicate. To lie, for fail. "Always keep a positive attitude, despite difficult times and stumbling blocks. So keep moving with a positive life, no matter what and who try keeping you back.      CORN-AVOCADO SALSA

2 ears corn, husked then cooked or bbq

1 firm but ripe avocado, peeled and diced

2 tablespoons (30 ml) lime juice

¼ cup (60 ml) fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped

1 green onion, finely chopped

½ jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped

Salt and pepper

Taste of Dublin 2015

This was my first time to attend Taste of Dublin. It’s just my cup of tea, and with the glorious weather to go along with it - the day was such a treat. 

The annual event takes place in the heart of Dublin city in the Iveagh Gardens and is a celebration of great Irish Food and some of the cities best restaurants; showcasing the cuisines Dublin has to offer, food producers and chefs that make up Irelands culinary scene.

Even though the day is built around all things food and drink, Taste has so much to offer; interactive workshops, demos, sampling, talks, great music and the most chilled out atmosphere. 

Some real highlights for me included the Thai section, where we sampled some amazing dishes from Saba; the music from Samba bands greeting you as you walked in, and one of my favourite Irish Bands - Rackhouse Pilfer who played on the main stage. Although I wasn’t drinking, beverages really shone in terms of innovative products focusing on breakfast beverages, oganic raw juices, homemade lemonades and cocktails. Each exhibitor had their own unique mini restaurant, which they cleverly used to bring their theme and cuisine to life. 

This was my first year to attend, and I most definitely will be going back next year! I couldn’t think of a better way to spend a glorious Saturday in Dublin with some great company!
