Headcanon in mind... Deleted scene from Stuck: the 118 battle it out on the Bull. Eddie wins...

This was way longer than I planned! Enjoy! Show 'em where you came from Eddie looks around and tosses his head back in a laugh. Looking over, he can't help but shake his head at Buck. "Are you serious?" Buck nods, one hand on the door even as he pulls the keys out of the ignition. "yep. Although, this is totally Chim's idea, not mine. This time." Deciding not to say anything else, Eddie gets out of the jeep and he and Buck head for the doors of the bar. He's fairly new to the team, but they make him feel welcomed all the same. He's surprised even Bobby came out for a bit. They're laughing and having fun, mostly at Buck's expense retelling stories about Buck 1.0 although, he's not exactly sure what that means. They're all a little tipsy, but slowing down since most have to drive home. It's nice, to have this feeling again. Something he hasn't felt since basic and being overseas. The loud country music that's been playing all night, reminding him of El Paso cuts off, and the announcer calls out about the bull rides. Eddie sips his beer, enjoying the feeling of having a grown-up night out. His eyes go round as their station is called out as riders for tonight. "I didn't sign up for this," he tells them, but judging by his new team members' faces, they could care less if he did. He hasn't done something like that since he'd graduated Basic. Chim stands, clapping his hands together, apparently the first to give the mechanical bull a go. "Let's do this!" He sways his way over to the inflatable ring and the bar erupts as he falls off the side of the bull before fulling getting on to it. Chimney lasts all of two seconds before he's tossed wildly, but he pops back up, Arms thrown up in triumph. One by one the members of his team try their hand, with Buck lasting the longest so far at five seconds. He shrugs it away when everyone asks how he did. "I bartended before I became a firefighter." Eddie considers this, deciding to say nothing. "You're up!" Chim claps him on the shoulder, making him spit out some of the beer he'd just taken a drink of. Eddie shook his head. "I don't think so." Buck looks over at him, before gesturing to his sister who's sitting in the corner of their booth, hair a wild mess. "Even Maddie did it. You have to!" Eddie groans and finishes his beer before standing. "Fine." He heads for the spot of the bar where the bull is to cheers and catcalls from his team and some of the other patrons of the bar. Ignoring them all, he manages to mount the bull, making sure to lock his legs and thighs around the thick metal. Wrapping his hand around the bar they have for the handhold, he sends up a silent prayer and holds on for dear life. Eight seconds later, he dismounts, wobbly on his feet to the eruption of the entire bar. He's handed another glass of beer and told his name will go on the wall. He looks behind the bartender to the shortlist of names plastered there. When he gets back to the booth his team has squeezed into it's with all of them looking at him strangely. He chuckles nervously. "Rodeo kid," he says as if that explains everything. He doesn't know all of them yet, so they don't need to know he thought he'd be riding a real bull by this age, if only he hadn't fallen out of the tree Mikey Stovers Dog chased him up when he was 15.

Do you have a favourite Eddie Diaz childhood headcanon?

I actually put it into a fic, but growing up Eddie always lived for Rodeo weekend. His parents took him and his sisters until they were teenagers when they could go by themselves and Eddie always took Adriana and Sophia. He loved the Bullriding the best. He thought he'd be a PBR Champion until the summer he broke his leg. Anyway. Yeah. Eddie + the Rodeo. That's my favorite younger! Eddie HC

I am going to assume this is from the let's get personal list, but I've reblogged so many LOL I'll answer from there though :) 10: When is the last time you played the air guitar? I was like maybe 4-5? Idk. It's not something I do or have ever done really. When I did it then it was likely at the insistence of my dad in a thinly veiled attempt to connect with me. 12: Ever stuck a foreign object up your nose? Glue. I was in 5th grade. Yes, I was stupid. Even back then! 26: Are you happy with the person you’ve become? For now, yes. But I'm continuously working to be a better person. More empathic, etc. Ask Kat

Happy Weekend! I hope it's been awesome! 4. what are you looking forward to? If you'd have asked this last week I'd have a different answer. This week, I'll just say getting my book ready for Publishing in July. I have to finish this story and need to kick my own ass to get it done. And I'm also really looking forward to the story my brain decided to become possessed with last night. Hopefully, it works out like it played out in my head! 52. something I’m talented at... I honestly am not sure? I know a little bit about enough! I guess? Writing? I'm not the greatest but It's enough to keep me happy and I have 12 books published so I guess, writing is my thing? Favourite Musical?

I'm not a musical person. But Grease is one of my go to musical movies.

and just recently I saw Pretty Woman the musical and it was the best night I had in awhile. The company was fantastic too. Set to see Frozen and Hamilton when they roll into town. It's all @firstdegreefangirl fault. Like usual. 😁🤣
