Ingredients: 4 large tomatoes, halved. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 teaspoons dried oregano. 1 lemon, juiced. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the cut sides of the tomatoes with olive oil. Sprinkle dried oregano evenly over the tomatoes. Drizzle lemon juice over the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Place the tomatoes on the grill, cut side down, and cook for 5-7 minutes or until grill marks appear. Flip the tomatoes and grill for an additional 3-5 minutes until they are tender but still hold their shape. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
