READ ON
Tatlin’s Tower, or the Monument to the Third International, was a building designed in the Constructivist style by Russian architect and artist Vladimir Tatlin, but never built.
Intended for post-revolutionary St Petersburg, Russia, as the headquarters of the Third International (or Communist International), it would have stood 400m high, 76m higher than the Eiffel Tower, the tallest building in the world at the time.
Internally, the Tower was designed to have rotating geometric structures: a cube which rotated once a year, below a pyramid rotating once a month, below a cylinder rotating once a day. These were functional spaces, for offices and other uses.
When I’m mad its unstoppable And when I’m angry its surreal Being furious is the best damn high that we will ever feel Cuz inside everyone a shitheads napping I’d like to be the strong and silent type but that wont happen I’m sitting in my head watching myself turn into an asshole But right now you will never be as smart as me Cuz inside everyone a shitheads napping I’d like to be the strong and silent type but that wont happen When I’m mad, when I clench my fists The world turns red And so do you Adolescence both ways I’m a dud and I have overstayed my welcome
