inked!theo raeken but the tattoos have meaning

a katana with an image of a girl on the blade bc he feels he needs to be reminded of who sent him to hell and the experience itself bc he has so much goddamn guilt around it and he knows he deserved it.

a chimera drawing to commemorate the chimera pack that he once created. he feels guilty for what he did.

the names of Tara, Tracy, and Josh, each in their own handwriting. he wants to never forget them and this is his way of honoring them and remembering what he did bc again; he has soo much guilt surrounding who he used to be.

this one is so faint i don’t even know why i kept it but it’s his truck. he’s still attached to his truck and even if he doesn’t sleep in it anymore it’ll always be one of his safe places.

a wolf made of mechanical parts as a reminder that he’s not a real werewolf. he got this one before the chimera one.

this is the first one he got! it’s an anatomically correct heart with an off/on switch on it. he tried to keep up the “heartless bastard” image for a while after he came back.

a person with a thunderstorm for a head bc omg does theo have some mental health issues. he had such bad anxiety and PTSD from hell that he feels stormy a lot so he got this as an expression of that.

a plague doctor mask to remember one of the dread doctors. you can’t see it but he actually has all three of the masks in a column down his arm. he hates the trauma the dread doctors gave him but at the same time they made him who he is in basically every sense of the word so he feels weirdly - i don’t wanna say indebted bc it’s not that but also there’s not a better word for it so whatever - indebted to them.

best for last!!! this is Μύκονος which is Mykonos in Greek! it’s a tribute to when he first admitted to himself that he was in love with liam :) he knew he loved liam before then but he wasn’t emotionally at a place to admit it to himself until the zoo.
