My New Rice Cooker Arrived!
After much searching, review reading, checking with friends, and the ill-fated Instant Pot debacle, I ordered a Tatung Multi-Functional Cooker. It’s several steps up from my previous rice cookers, but still on the minimal bells and whistles side.
I’m so excited. There will be risotto tonight.
