I love Alexis so much, omg! I was wondering though whether you had any full sketches/renders of her, I just really like her outfit a lot and it makes me wish more DMC girls were as cool and as stylish as her. 😭❤️

Ahh thank you so much!! I did some outfits ideas last year, but it’s only within the last week or so that her look’s finally come together. Here’s the old stuff:

I haven’t hashed out the fine details like the exact textiles, but this is the basic idea! Even though I’ve had Alexis’ style in mind for a long time, it really only came together once I ditched the idea of having it be cute or sexy. All DMC ladies fall under those ideas to varying degrees and while I don’t mind suspending belief for video game outfits, I was still thinking of practicality. Like, “How comfortable would this be to wear IRL?” Admittedly, chafing’s still probably a problem since she’s got thighs going on, but yeah!

I noticed the DMC ladies aren’t really allowed to have layers or much of a silhouette; it’s all form fitting, save for Kyrie, whose look is humble and demure since she’s not a fighter. I wanted to make Alexis distinct from that, so my goal was to get the “modern sorceress” idea across. This look is casual as she’s 18-19 here; when she gets older, it becomes very High Fashion.

It actually tastes pretty good! We went out today, and just ate it this afternoon, turns out we need to eat smaller slices. The buttercream frosting is so good but there’s so much XD.
