Welcome to The Shanty, a tavern map with a tall, floor-to-ceiling aquarium at its center. It's a real adventurer/tourist trap to be sure!

The Shanty is named after its patrons’ favorite past-time, and doesn’t describe the quality of its construction. In fact, it’s maintained quite well, not least of all its centrepiece aquarium.

This tavern is a relic from my personal campaign, and functions as a meeting place for the local thieve’s guild to sit around their long table and scheme. Everyone is welcome to eat here though. You should try the jellyfish whiskey!

The Shanty is a grand experiment in perspective -- what do you think? It obscures a few squares of the kitchen behind a wall, and the staircase becomes slightly offset, but I think it's worth it to add a third dimension to the centrepiece aquarium.

New map on Roll20! There’s double the usual maps this month to benefit Code2024.

This guildhall is prime real estate: plenty of seats for bringing in that extra gold, kitchen with small garden, large training courtyard, a number of bedrooms for members, and the most secretive of meeting spaces. Infiltrate today!

Options include day, night, neutral, and empty variations for making your own furniture layouts. Lower and upper stories for each variation. All maps come with gridded and gridless versions.

I'm going to try and draw a dungeon map every day in October for @livelygold 's inktober challenge - this is 'the drunken owlbear', a tavern I created for one of my intro to d&d adventures.
