i wish that were me. every og paladin gives the current paladin a speech and everyone gets really inspirational stuff said to them but since lance is with alfor it all centers around his relationship with allura

a: does writing energize or exhaust you?

It depends what I’m writing, honestly! Fun, silly scenes definitely fuel me up, but if I have to write something kinda heavy, I usually end up feeling emotionally drained afterwards. 

r: what’s your writing set-up like?

dshjgfgs omg I’m so weird. I need complete silence when I write lmao. No music, no television, no talking, literally it has to be a tomb. Even someone just sitting in the same room as me is distracting! Multi-tasking does not exist in my writing zone. I usually sit out on my patio with my laptop, but if the city noise gets too loud, I’ll move inside to the couch. 

t: do you believe in writer’s block?

Yeah, I’d say so! For me, personally, it usually corresponds with whatever’s going on in my life at the time. When I’m stressed or concentrating on other things, that’s usually when I’m most unfocused and least inspired to write.
