I lied...I couldn't resist the idea of a wedding, when Cory pretty much confirmed he was going to propose to Bradley, this fic was going to happen. This is the third in the series from continuation of season 3 finale...Meet Me in the Afterglow being first, Bait and Switch second and final/third instalment, He was chaos. He was revelry. Here's a sneak peek of my final fic in this Cory/Bradley series below:

While Bradley Jackson wasn’t all about the cheese and romance in the scheme of things, she would much rather reenact that moment between her and Cory, than being stuck in here for other reasons.

Those reasons were the least sexy of reasons, she was getting her makeup done.

Getting her makeup done for a wedding.

Her wedding.

Bradley shivered.

“Are you okay? Would you like less blush?” the makeup artist who was suddenly too close to Bradley’s face for her liking. “I was just going with what your Matron of Honour requested with the floral theme?”

“No, am you’re all good, just you know, big day.” Bradley tried to give one of her widest smiles, to which the makeup artist just nodded, and continued their work.

It had been nearly two years since Bradley actually had professional makeup done, and she remembered how ridiculous it felt when she first experienced it when first arriving at The Morning Show’s studios.

Bradley lightly pecked his neck then, and he held his breath as he gently let her go- Something  Cory found harder and harder to do these days. Sometimes it was difficult to believe that she wanted him, and even more so how it was possible to love someone as much as he loved Bradley Jackson.  

Taylor’s giggles interrupted those thoughts and her infectious smile directed at him was hard to resist. Cory realized then how much he loved Taylor too, and while in a different way, he was surprised how much he would do to make that little girl happy. He wanted to protect her from how cruel this world could be, and to ensure that she would have a birthday party that every two year old would desire. For a man who didn’t have a paternal bone in his body, he sure was going out of his way for a toddler he had only known for seven months.
