Montrose is such a fag. Like everything about him is just fucked up evil faggotry. His charm is sharp and poisonous. He’s like if crude oil was a man.
Beef is like if Magnus didn’t have a wife
Emerich is just this thing

Emerich is just this thing
Montrose: can immediately clock if anyone is lying to him at any time
Also Montrose: desperately tries to resuscitate a dead body
"it's a blog"
"a b- a blog?"
"a big log"
this had me fucking reeling forreal. gods bless you montrose, gods bless you griffin mcelroy.
Montrose Pretty?
this isn’t exactly how i see him but i got a little carried away drawing
The way that someone can get so easily replaced with a hardlight version of themselves was "ah bummer dude that sucks" with Scott Boldflex but struck terror in me that I didn't know was possible at the idea that that's happened to Krystal with a K like I was not prepared for the whiplash of the same situation hitting so differently
Steeplechase - Passion's Cove - Intro Jahala Wilks
I am only just now clocking that TAZ Steeplechase is taking place in Georgia, USA lmao. From here on out, I am going to imagine the story taking place in a super futuristic version of the Perry Fair (officially it’s the national fair, but it’s in Perry so that’s what everyone calls it.)
ok but like. thematically? these characters are going to rule. according to the boys themselves they are subtle and trustworthy. they are all also literally all built around duplicity. beef punchly uses a fake name. emerick dreadway manifests illusions for a living — he pioneered the whole industry for it! montrose pretty only takes his mask off to eat spaghetti. i just think it’s gonna be super interesting to see them walk this line between discrete businessmen and lying criminals because as we ALL know. there isn’t much difference in the real world. will they end up exploiting their customers? blackmailing their bosses?
i just think this is gonna be cool. especially considering the entire conceit of the season is that there is a secret, dangerous side to an otherwise charming and beautiful location.
