MY WOKE headcanons as someone who loved the show as a kid and now rewatches with a totally queer lense:

Sheldon is aroace & the only ppl he could develop romantic/sort of romantic feelings for are Amy and Leonard.

Leonard is bisexual and in my mind he is also transmasc. He’s the kinda person to crush on his best friends and have homoerotic destructive friendships. Yes he crushes on Sheldon.

Howard is bisexual but in denial so he copes by overcompensating with how he interacts with women.

Raj is gay and had a bit of a hard time accepting it as a kid but slowly leans into it and fully accepts it. My secret headcanon is he later on comes out as transfemme.

Penny is a great ally and has had some experiences with girls but she much rather prefers to date boys. She likes to be unlabelled because she is “open to love however it comes”.

Bernadette is a femme dom lesbian and I literally cannot see her any other way, even as a kid I thought this.

Amy is bisexual although very female leaning and the only man in her life she has had real romantic feelings for has been Sheldon.

Eight years ago, my laptop suddenly died on me. That was where I had everything for this blog; posts, submissions, pictures, etc. I had no other place to use Tumblr at that point, as my phone back then was terrible. Sadly, when I finally got another computer to use, I could no longer access this blog as I had lost the login info. Then, as it happens, I got into other fandoms and lost motivation to try and recover this blog.

A year ago I finally got back into this fandom when I finally binged Young Sheldon and rewatched all of TBBT, making me want to get back on this blog. I found my old laptop amongst the boxes from when I moved and managed to semi-fix it; I finally got access to everything again, including the login.

I still have the unfinished posts on it and plan on finishing them, if only for the nostalgia of running this blog. If anyone is still interested in seeing things here, I'd be more than happy to accept new headcanons (or just talk about TBBT in general in a chat).

I hope you all have had a good eight years since the last post, whether you're still in the fandom or not.

This but the kind scientist is Leonard from The Big Bang Theory (and he has many time been a victim of physics, but most importantly a victim if theoretical physics, because if theoretical physics didn't exist, chances are Sheldon would be way less smug, and everybody has personally been victimized by Sheldon Lee Cooper).

Headcanon #2

Leonard and Penny end up only having the one child. Penny’s averseness to change made her uninterested in a second child, while Leonard’s upbringing gave him fears that he would inevitably compare his children to one another and one would grow to resent him. They both adore what they got, though, and wouldn’t change a thing.

Headcanon #4

Raj was well liked and popular as a child (handsome, intelligent, sweet, and rich. What’s not to love?). Then he hit puberty and began developing his selective mutism, and he just hid in his shell up until moving to America and meeting the other guys.

Headcanon #3

Ever since Amy met Penny and Bernadette, she slowly became more interested in fashion and would have changed her look a long time ago if not for the strict modesty rules her mother had instilled in her as a child. She had a comfort zone and was too afraid to leave it until Raj’s words of encouragement and the Nobel cash prize finally pushed her to try something new.
