"I Got Soul," a new video by Luella and the Sun, was recorded live a few weeks after the June 8th, 2013 fire that destroyed the studio (Wow & Flutter) and half the home of guitarist Joe McMahan. It was the place where he and Luella lived, where the band developed their sound and where they recorded their two-song 10" vinyl debut. In order to shoot the video, Director Michael Trebing (Cage Free Visual) and the band (McMahan, vocalist Luella, bassist Adam Bednarik and drummer Jon Radford)  rented generators and lights to film in the powerless, charred, soot-filled space. Mixer/Producer Tchad Blake (Black Key's, Tom Waits) lent his talents to mix the live recording.
