So I've been thinking about what might happen in arc 3 if gets greenlit, and this is what I've come up with:
1. First of all, we know that Aaravos is coming back in seven years. What's he coming back to do? Well, we know that his goal is to basically overthrow the government. That involves removing the Archdragons, the powerful rulers that enforce the order.
I was a little confused for a moment about this cause according to the wiki, the Archdragons that we've seen are not the only ones of their kind. BUT, I realized that getting rid of the Archdragons would also mean ending their royal line, thus, no dragons can be properly brought up to be kings or queens, therefore there'd be no monarchs to enforce order.
All the Archdragons besides Avizandum and Zubeia seemed to either have no mate or no suitable heir, and Aaravos has gotten rid of all them...except Zym. This is where it gets nuts. As Viren had said to Claudia and Soren in s3, Zym is going to be the strongest creature in the world, the Dragon King. He won't be a little dragon anymore after seven years, and that's probably why wonderstorm wants to make 3 more seasons: cause it'll be work for Aaravos and Claudia to take Zym down if the creators don't want our star elf to explode again. So I think that's one part of what we should expect in saga 3.
2. I'm going to repeat what I said in one of my other posts: how the hell is this show going to end? It just really makes me wonder. I'm sure that because Zym is a good dragon, now being raised by good humans and elves, he's not going to be arrogant and enforce order like the others; he's going to be a good king. And with Evrkynd (I actually like the name, I think it's cute <3) being filled with all races in harmony, things really do look promising.
I have no idea what Aaravos will do about this. The terrible system that he hates and wants to bring down won't be there really, not with Zym ruling and Evrkynd existing, and since Janai & Amaya are the queens it's not like the Sunfire elves will be asses anymore. Now that I think about it, Aaravos is watching. He's watching from the heavens. Since we might get 3 more seasons, will it just be him coming down to gather ppl that are still angry about the order and use them to bring chaos once again? Or instead just try to cause chaos by killing Zym? Just to completely destroy the world to spite the other Startouch elves? Or maybe that plus anger still held against the elves and dragons?
Unless...things end up going the way I hope, and Aaravos will stop when he realizes that it's no longer necessary. Then maybe he'll think about Leola (or wonderstorm could just bring the girl back to life somehow omg) and find some sort of peace again. ❤️
