(A continuation of another post I wrote quite a while back:)
I googled it. And tea baths are apparently supposed to be really healthy. And, depending on which kind of tea one uses, it has different properties. You can add milk or honey which makes the skin soft. Tea with minty taste is supposed to help headaches, asthma and such. I wonder if it helps with colds, it seems rather probable...
The best way to bathe in tea is to use loose tea leaves which you put in a muslin bag. You can use tea bags as well, put around 4-6 in hot water, but they aren't as effective. I have no idea what a muslin bag is though, nor where I can get one... But I think I'll try it, this weekend, with tea bags.
Speaking of, I've recently discovered Chai tea, my new favourite. I like spicy teas, or fruit teas. Not bitter ones, like Earl Grey or English Breakfast. Though the English Breakfast we got at the Bed & Breakfast in London was nice, but then again, I did put quite a lot of sugar in that one.
I'm thinking about getting a bracelet that says that I'm diabetic, just in case. I have a necklace with it on, but I usually hide my necklaces under my shirt, so if there was ever a need for people who don't know me to know that I have diabetes that won't do much good there. But a bracelet is more visible. Problem is, though, I don't know where I can get that. It's not usual to get things ingraved in bracelets, and I don't know a place that does that. Sigh... Google, here I come...
