HC: young Fire Lord Zuko's old server habits massively endear him to the palace maids and servants, who at first can't believe what they're seeing when they catch him carrying multiple tea-cups in one hand from the bottom or when they keep finding neat stacks of dirty dishes ready for pick-up on their original tray when they come to clean his rooms.

Also in the fic Zuko would 100% hand a menu to a blind person unthinkingly (customer service is tiring ok?) and Toph is never gonna let him live it down

On a whim Toph Beifong decides to check out the Jasmine Dragon tea shop, and meets an awkward moody waiter who's definitely lying about his name. Intrigued, she finds herself hitting it off with “Lee” and they become fast friends.

However, Zuko has a lot of secrets, and Ba Sing Se is a dangerous city. He enjoys his newfound friendship in the plucky earthbender, but the looming war is making it hard for any semblance of peace. Zuko can’t ignore his past or his duties forever. Eventually, everything will catch up to him.

The only solution? Honestea.
