shes a girl,, she doesnt really have a sexuality shes just go with the flow (pan fits best) ,, shes the human embodiment of moonlight and stardust. she has flawless dark skin and light blue/purple eyes and black hair thats long and perfect and freckles that look like constellations. dayton has lovingly nick named her short stack, tiny, baby doll, and (his personal favorite) tater tot. Nyx stands at a whopping 5′4 and all of her friends can very comfortably rest their chins on top of her head. shes the sweetest and calmest out of all her friends,, the one that you go to for advice. she really enjoys tea and makeup and poetry and shes very quick witted and sarcastic. shes dating dayton ((duh)),, hes kind of a mess but she loves him with all her heart. she was born in france and says thats why she loves fashion so much ((it’s honestly just cause her mom was a fashion designer,, she wants to follow in her moms footsteps)). she moved to darrington washington when she was 4. thats where she met dayton mac and conan. shes currently 16 (a junior in highschool)

dayton macclellan-

oh heck welp dayton is a trans boy,, hes honestly such a sweetheart. he’s like if a puppy,,sunshine,, and pure happiness were put into one human being. hes lived in darrington his whole dang life and has been ghost hunting and playing in the forest and snow with mac since they were just babies. he ha s platinum blonde hair,, and the only chubby thing about him is his cheeks. hes pretty pale but constantly blushing (he has big brown puppy eyes). hes also v tall 5′11 (almost 6 foot thank you very much) hes v chaotic and he doesnt realise it,, all lanky limbs and walking too fast, running into everything, and tripping over his own feet. he almost always has his nose in a book and learned all of nyx’s favorite poems so he could ask her out. he ended up freaking out after he walked up to her,, paused, silent for a good minute before practically yelling “DatE plEaSE mE mayBE??” (he still however knows all of nyxs favorite poems and nyx makes sure to keep him up to date) dayton wants to be an author when he grows up. he has a blue collie named blueberry ((short for blueberry muffin)) thats the squad mascot. he’s currently 17 (a junior in highschool)

conan steele-

conan is a boy and he looks like if draco malfoy and ruby rose had a kid. He’s cuban american and 5′8. he has a dark green undercut and he dyed his hair to match his eyes. hes the one that curses too much and gets looks from the grandmas in restaurants, although theyre always really surprised when he is polite and sweet. conan is top of his class in every subject and (although he doesnt brag) he’s very proud of it. he has 4 different (very popular) aesthetic tumblrs (one for each of his friends and one for himself) he moved to darrington in 8th grade and was accepted into the squad after he had to tutor mac in pre algebra. although hes friends with both dayton and nyx he prefers to spend his time with mac cause mac gets his humor. ((his humor is just obscure movie quotes and alien/cryptid jokes)) ((he really just has a huge crush on mac)) his style mainly consists of dark colored jumpers and crisp button ups,, yet despite his outer appearance he has a bubbly personality. he has a black cat named (ironically) ‘no name’ after the cat from coraline. when conan grows up he wants to be a chemistry professor or a forensic scientist. he’s currently 16 and a half (a junior in highschool)

mac christian-

mac is nonbinary and a bit of a handful,, (their full name is michael but dayton nicknamed them mac when they were 4 and it stuck) . theyre a drama queen that never quite grew out of the emo phase. their whole family lives in darrington and have lived in darrington since the town was established in 1891. theyre 6′0,, the tallest in the squad ((and the town tbqh)) they have v wavy floppy brown hair that makes them look like 2014 dan howell (it goes to the left and everything). they also have the coolest eyes ever. theyre a teal blue on the outside but around the pupil is a ring of golden brown. their ears are double pierced with an industrial bar piercing on the right side,, and a nose ring. mac has a really weird sense of style,, like they own a shirt that just says milk in bold block lettering. they go on weekly cryptid/ ghost hunting “dates” with conan ((except theyre not dates hahahhaa conan could never like mac,, right?)) mac is v close with their family and kids are for some reason v fond of them. ((mac doesnt really like kids that much,, but tolerates it.)) their little sisters destiny and harmony are the cutest and mac loves them the most. when mac grows up they want to be a film director or editor.

“We good here?” Rose asked.

“We good.” He nodded.

The two returned into silence again, just listening to the sounds of her heart monitor beep. It was a soothing sound for Q to hear, just that knowledge that despite everything she endured meant that she was still alive and well. In due time she’d be back on her feet in no time and that was something he was excited to return to. Actually do something right to make up for what he did wrong.
