Please can I request a team rating if that's okay? My main team is Sothis, Fallen Male Corrin, Legendary Edelgard, and Mikoto. Please enjoy they rest of your day! 💛

Edelgard is stunned to meet the goddess that had seemingly forsaken her. There are many times that she tries to kill Sothis, but her contract makes the task impossible. Sothis doesn't understand why Edelgard is the way she is, but she mostly ignores her. She is here to aid her summoner in giving peace to Askr, and she doesn’t take kindly to Edelgard standing in the way of her helping. 

Mikoto’s heart aches at seeing Corrin in such a state. Her beloved son that she had not been with for such a long time had finally returned to her in Askr, and yet he is not the boy she remembers. As he has grown, he has known suffering, and his mind is torn in between the feral nature of his dragon form and his humanity. She uses her healing magic to keep the worst of his murderous urges at bay, but she knows that he still cries every night. He tries to run away from her sometimes in an attempt to keep her safe, but his mother does not leave his side. No matter how much it hurts her, she will to her best to help her son. 

Sothis pities Corrin. Is this the truest fate of dragons from other world? To slowly go mad as their power consumes them? She wishes she had the power to go back before he was corrupted by his own power, but her magic only goes so far. She will often check in on him when he runs off to ensure that he comes back in one piece.

Corrin stays away from most of his teammates when he can, but he keeps away from Edelgard most of all. The cruelty in Edelgard’s gaze fills Corrin with more self loathing than he already had for himself. Edelgard does feel some pity for him after Mikoto angrily explains that he is hurting, but she still sees him as less than human. 

Harmony Rating 2/10 Mikoto does her best to try and rein Corrin in, but he cannot control himself. Edelgard would kill Sothis if she could 

Personal Rating: 0/10 4/10 I do like Fallen Male Corrin and Mikoto’s art so I guess it would be unfair of me to give them a zero. Obviously Edelgard is the reason why the score is so low. 

The Mother and the Fallen Rating: 10/10 Both Sothis and Mikoto represent the mothers in this case, an obvious reference. Corrin and Edelgard are the Fallen. Just a personal take on Edelgard though. Post-timeskip she passed the point of no return for me.

The two Robins have a really weird relationship

They’re always challenging each other both intellectually and physically

They both write up strategies and compare them all the time

Alfonse tries to join

Hes like “hm yes of course i can keep up with this”

He cannot keep up with this

Both Robins can basically read each other’s minds

Alfonse doesn’t even know how they do it. What’s even going on. They talk so fast

Roy is invited to the strategy meeting

He just sits in the background, watching Alfonse try to figure out what’s happening

He’s probably like eating a gingerbread cookie because Robin baked a lot

Roy likes to play matchmaker around the castle

He asks the Robins to help him with his matchmaking because of their amazing strategies

They get into everyone’s business. No one is safe from this trio

All the heroes ask Alfonse to please god control your children

Alfonse can’t stop it. He can’t stop the Robins from playing matchmaker. It’s what they were made for

Roy gets valentines day chocolates for his team because he loves them a lot

He thanks the Robins for teaching him strategies with a box of their favourite candies

Roy’s gift to Alfonse is a promise to not meddle in anyone’s business for a whole week

Alfonse is eternally grateful

He also helps the Robins get valentines day gifts for their significant other

Also please imagine Roy doing those little singing telegrams for valentines day to like Chrom or someone for one of the Robins

When Christmas time rolls around (aka november 1st) Robin is incredibly excited

He won’t stop singing Christmas songs

Roy keeps joining in

Alfonse wants to die. Why can’t he just ha ve a normal team ….

Robin makes it his duty to decorate the entire castle for the festivities

Alfonse: hey robin its 3 am and also november 10th please put the christmas tree away

Robin: so i called chief and he said this aint it

Alfonse: whats even going on anymore

Female Robin and Alfonse are also elves

They’re not as excited about it as roy is

they go around caroling and forcefully drag Alfonse along

I’m in for the ratings!! Since I’m an dirtlord in Gbf, I will go with my Earth team (/._.)/ I usually use Ayer, regular Eustace, Siegfried, Sara and Yaia!

Earth team? 

Dear, did you mean BIG BROTHER PROTECTION SQUAD

Sara and Yaia are gonna have these bodyguards coldly stare down anyone who even looks at them funny. The two girls got quite friendly with one another after Yaia insisted that she and Sara go pick flowers with one another. Sara was kinda uncomfortable at first, but to have a friend who seemed to really care about her was a strange and new feeling that she wanted to keep. So the two girls basically became sisters, and Sara is a doting older sister to Yaia’s antics. 

Eustace, Ayer, and Siegfried all have deep respect for one another. It’s like manly men looking at each other silently and just nodding, and they telepathically send messages that way. Many will insist they have witnessed Eustace and Ayer not even look at each other before they got into a complex battle formation and to this day no one knows how it was done. 

Siegfried is like the big dad for all of them, and they all turn to him for advice or clarity. Siegfried makes them food, but due to his unusual dieting habits Eustace has to step in or else they’ll all die of poisoning. He’s the more relaxed of the guys, but he still can become scary around others. 

Ayer kinda begrudgingly allows himself to be nicer to them. He may talk about how they bother him or he needs space but honestly he feels really loved and needed, especially by the two younger girls, so he steps up and becomes a protector. Eustace quickly drops the cold facade and the girls love to play with his ears. They have made flower crowns for him when he takes them to a field, and they kinda assume he just tosses them or something, but what no one (except Siegfried) knows is that he presses them all into a book and gets so sentimental can you imagine that Aahhhh-

Yaia is the most pampered out of all them (Sara doesn’t mind, she’s still pampered and honestly doesn’t know if she could handle the level Yaia gets) and if anyone breathed in her direction heads will roll. Siegfried has been known to on occasion grab her and hold her close and just stare down the other person and say ‘don’t touch my daughter’. Danchou was shook.

Horse Emblem headcanons

Ares doesn't get along with Reinhardt, in fact he actually hates the mage knight. There's something about the mage knight that just pisses Ares off. He also knows that Reinhardt was in Julius' army and knows that Reinhardt most likely helped with the child hunts. Almost everyone knows that Ares hates Reinhardt, but only a few people know why

Reinhardt himself doesn't know the reason. At first the mage knight tried to be friendly with Ares, but after the cavalier told him to fuck off several times Reinhardt decided to give up and keep his distance.

Everytime Ares gets angry for whatever reason Eirika is there to calm him down. Surprisingly enough they actually get along really well. They are often seen together

Ares doesn't mind Olwen. They get along fairly well, however they don't talk much.

Olwen is happy to be able to fight alongside her brother again, however she doesn't regret the choice she made.

Reinhardt is surprised to hear that Olwen still has the Blessed Sword he gave her.

Eirika and Olwen are really good friends. They often have long conversations about their family, friends or just what has happened recently. They a;lso read books together really often.

Eirika, Reinhardt and Olwen often discuss magic together.

My team, LA eliwood, spring alfonse, elise, and masked marth

Eliwood is basically the Dad of the team, and like all dads he has a favorite and thats Elise. (Elise is just That Child....always the fav)

Masked Marth isn’t very social with the rest, but is very reliable in battle and holds a respect for their teammates. Like Eliwood though they have a soft spot for Elise. 

Elise adores masked marth and is a bit of a little devil to alfonse, often pulling pranks on him and teasing him. (Cue yells of “DAAD” aimed at Eliwood)

Alfonse tends to stick with marth because they’re pretty calm and they get along well but also because he knows if he goes anywhere near elise something is going to break and its going to be pinned on him and “Dad” is going to make him clean it up.

Chrom is often calling Nagi Naga by accident. She doesn’t often correct him because she thinks its sweet. She tells him stories about Marth when he asks.

Nagi sense there is more to Byleth that what he shows, but as she gets to know him, she finds that perhaps he doesn’t really know it. He isn’t exactly the 

Byleth and Bramimond will sit there for hours just vibing. They don’t really talk much, but they’d consider each other best friends. Byleth kind of understands that some people aren’t exactly people at all so there is no judgement from him. Bramimond eventually uses Byleth’s voice and personality more than anyone else’s for his own.

Chrom and Byleth spar all the time. Byleth’s Fodlan sword technique is very fascinating to the Exalt, and Byleth has no problem with teaching it to Chrom. He can’t help but think of Dimitri as Chrom destroys all of the training swords. 

Harmony Rating: 6/10 Byleth and Bramimond can be difficult to get along with, but Chrom and Nagi are doing the best they can.

Husband Rating: 7/10 Since we have an overwhelming majority of Guys I have to do this one. Not really into Byleth, but Chrom and Brami are pretty good. 

Legends Made Real Rating: 8/10 With the possible reincarnation of Naga, Elibe’s Enigma, and one with the goddess’s heart all in the same team, there is a lot of mythicality going on in the team.

Alright. Lyon, Berkut (their not fallen versions), Edelgard and Laegjarn! Powerful heirs willing to do whatever it takes, even if they may go too far down the line.

I’ll do pre-time skip Edelgard if that’s alright!

Lyon often finds himself conversing with Laegjarn about anything and everything. Laegjarn speaks of her long held wish of a better life for Laevatian and Lyon returns in kind with his desire for peace for the sake of Eirika and Ephraim. They are also quick to notice that neither often speak of a future where themselves are mentioned. Though they do have much in common, Lyon knows that this Laegjarn is not the one that he watched sacrifice herself and so he does his best to convince her that she is allowed to hope for a peaceful life too. The fact that she has not done the ritual that will set her soul and eyes ablaze and with being under the summoner’s contract, he has a feeling that once the war ends, her peace will come. 

When Lyon sees Berkut, he sees a troubled young man, but not one he deems is beyond saving. Lyon hopes that he will see that the power that he years for might beyond his grasp before its too late.

Lyon watches Edelgard carefully as he can sense that she too harbors great a darkness within her, but he also notices that she doesn’t seem to be close to anyone, even her retainer. He often tries to befriend her despite how cold and closed off she is towards him knowing that perhaps with some hope she will not have to make a choice like he had to.

Berkut when he meets his teammates sees them as just allies to fight with nothing more. Of course when he happens upon Lyon conversing with Eirika, he finds himself more willing to chat at least with the mage as he finds that the topic of their lady loves might just be the common ground he had been searching for. Lyon is quite surprised at Berkut’s new found interest in him and Eirika and a bit worried about Berkut finding out the truth that they aren’t together, but he is just happy to hopefully become friends with the Rigelian prince.

Edelgard often tries to command the rest of her team to which Berkut does not take lightly. He immediately is offended by her attempt at seizing power, and often ignores her suggestions due to her demanding tone. Of course, this surprises her as she isn’t used to having dissent that she could not squash with someone’s death. After that, they decide then that they won’t try to get along.

 When Edelgard sees Laegjarn with Laevatain she is unbelievably jealous at the warmth that she sees between them, but when Laegjarn is around her she almost feels like she is too is a beloved little sister despite never mentioning it to her team mate afraid of the possible rejection of such a thought.

Harmony Rating: 5/10 Lyon and surprisingly Laegjarn are the ones who keep the peace and this ranking up. Berkut and Edelgard can be initially quite cold to the other two, but for the most part, they are just fighting each other. 

Personal Rating: 5/10 I hate to say it, but Edelgard just brings the score down a lot for me, but I do have a soft spot for Lyon and Berkut!

I’ve already made my choice! Rating: 10/10 Lyon, as the one who has already taken his path, sees the paths that lay before his dear teammates and wonders if it is already too late for them. Berkut sees himself as emperor despite losing his chance at the discovery of Alm’s identity, Laegjarn see herself as the martyr who must protect her sister from the pain of their tortured lives, and Edelgard sees herself as the sword of justice who is right without question or compromise. He wonders, can he save them or will they succumb to their faults as he did to his? Even now, his self doubt eats at him.
