Ok, how about “ so , how does it feel to know me? a blessing , isn’t it? “ with Jesse and James from the Team Rocket? If you like Pokémon, of course! 😋

This is my first Pokemon request! Wow! Thank you for being the first to ask for something like it. Hope you like how this turns out :D!

James sighed, rummaging around through the small pack that Jesse left behind. She was gone for several days. Meowth had quipped more than once that at the rate she was going, Jesse was more than likely a goner at this point. James counted his lucky stars Meowth was dead asleep along with Ekans and Weezing. Their loud snores the only sounds echoing through the night, save for the quiet chirps of Caterpie nearby. 

James couldn’t remember the last time Jesse and he had been separated for so long. It was rare for the duo to leave without the other, but given the circumstances, it was best if Jesse went ahead of the gang. James had been rather sick, having caught some sort of flu. He would have slowed everyone down with how quick he was to fainting. He couldn’t recall ever being this ill before, and some part of him worried about spreading this to his cherished Pokemon. 

Though he had a complicated relationship with Weezing and Victreebel, James loved them dearly much like Jesse loved her Ekans. There wasn’t a damn thing she wouldn’t do to keep her snake Pokemon happy, contrary to popular belief that Team Rocket were soulless goons when it came to the creatures they stole. 

James suddenly heard some rumbling near a couple of trees and tensed up. He swallowed, trying not to be a coward. 

“Who’s there?!” He exclaimed, only to see Jesse pop out with a bag of medicine and some other treats. 

“Who else do you think it would be?” Jesse exclaimed as she came over to the camp, James elated to see his partner in crime. 

“I thought you might have been one of the twerps! That’s the last thing we needed!” James said in his defense, then quickly snatched the bag of medicine away from Jesse. He was practically fawning over her, on his hands and knees bowing and thanking Jesse for going out of her way to get him something to alleviate the exhaustion he was under. 

“So, how does it feel to know me? A blessing isn’t it?” Jesse couldn’t help but brag as James nodded with enthusiasm. 

“You have no idea! I was so worried something happened to you! Ekans was depressed when you left!” 

James would never admit it, but between him and the snake Pokemon, he was the one having separation anxiety.
