So I'm not done with Dredge yet, but my two favorite things about it are:
How easy it is to become accustomed to The Horrors and work around them. Big ol' kraken in the middle of a tropical archipelago? Guess I'm sticking to the shoreline. Eel making tunnels in the cliffside? You get used to the noise eventually.
How much I want to see The Horrors even though I know it's a terrible idea. I wanna stay awake for two days and get hit by the Insomnia Anglerfish. What else can I see if I just don't sleep for long enough? Can I go to space and float around looking for space squid? Please no spoilers because I want to find this out myself, and that's why I'd die immediately in a weird horror/sci fi scenario. For science.
