"Deep in the Forest" Closed RP w/ teamdajr

The Forever Fall Forest has been changing, growing faster than many people ever expected. The change was sudden, its tall trees and numerous plants getting larger in numbers and size at an alarming rate. Over a dozen hikers have come back after being lost for a day or two with cuts and bruises, saying how the forest 'had a mind of its own' and how it 'seemed to grow around them'. Obviously, this was not nature at work, so the Atlas corporation issued a bounty for whoever could figure out what was the cause of the forest's unnatural behavior.

"Anomaly Detected: ???" Closed RP w/ teamdajr

Someone tripped the lab's silent alarm right at the front gates, but no one would ever come to deal with the situation. The halls were dim and blemished with age, dust lining the floors and equipment as the fluorescent lighting weakly lit the pathways from the reserve power. Atlas' emblem was faded and scattered throughout the complex, sometimes flickering on holograms for a few seconds before turning off indefinitely. The only interest here was the unusual electronic activity occurring in one of the deeper sectors of the building, legends of unmanned robots working on something spreading throughout the kingdom. Now the true question remained ... What was this intruder planning to do?

Until they found a base to call their own, the Autobots had to stay within the deep recesses of the Emerald Forest. While this was a nice sight to behold, especially to those not acquainted to this world, this was not an ideal location if they needed to prep themselves. But, one managed to get acquainted with this area - the Autobots’ scout. For now, when he wasn’t honing his skills in melee combat, he was near the lake skipping a few stones at the water’s surface.

16. Your character walking in on mine having a heart attack.

Early in the morning it had just been a headache and a bit of fatigue which had been normal for Ren most days. But later he started to feel ill. He was nauseous having some slight stomach pain. Maybe it was just a flu bug?

He couldn’t have been more wrong. As he walked down the hall he suddenly felt an sharp pain in his left arm and his torso that seemed to be radiating out from his chest. He gripped the front of his shirt as he leaned against the wall. His face had gone very pale and he was sweating. His breath came in short gasps as he slid down to the floor.

Kitra hated long days at work. Today was one of those and she had a case of the dropsies it seemed. Add that to the chronic case of Klutz she seemed to have developed and it was clear as to why she had a long day.

And what made it even worse was that she had dropped an ice cold tea on a customer. Her ears flattened against her skull in preparation for the inevitable verbal lashing she was going to get. Still, she did manage a meek apology.
