Up 9lbs since the show. Back to clean eating and growing QUALITY tissue and not just trying to make the scale move for the purpose of padding my ego. Heaviest I got last “off-season” was 221. I stepping on stage at 204. Weighed in at weigh ins at 202. Between water delete and fat loss.. that’s only 17lbs. Goal was to stay with in 20lbs if stage weight. Goal achieved 💪🏼. Though the angles aren’t the same, this is a decent show of the progress @fakhrimubarak_ceo_ifbbpro and I made from master until my pro debut. So to say I’m excited about a full 12 months of growing is an understatement. This is why I have a coach and you should to. To put a plan together. One that’s tested and true.
