Let's start with the macros... Fat 4g (2.5g saturated fat) Protein 8g Carbs 15g (2g Fiber, 1g sugar, ??g sugar alcohols) Calories 90 . The bar is primarily sweetened with erythritol, xylitol, maltitol, and oligofructose. All of these sweeteners are pretty low on the glycemic index (with maltitol being the highest at 35). I really wish they had included how many grams worth of carbs are included that are comprised of sugar alcohols, though. As it stands now, someone trying to follow a very low carb/keto diet would have no way to know how to track this accurately. . Despite this, I took one for #teamketo and ate it to see what the taste was like. It has a slightly chewy texture with little crispy bits. The problem is that this thing is SWEET! And I mean overly sweet. As someone who's taste buds have adjusted to reduced amounts of sugar, this bar was so sweet that it was hard to finish. .
