Heels down‼️ . When performing, walking lunges, stationary lunges and Bulgarian split squat, goblet squats, front squats, back squats etc. . Letting your heel come off the floor means that you'll now be primarily driving with your toes which will decrease the amount of stability you'll have and power you'll be able to generate. . To increase efficiency of these movements injury prevention make sure that you're keeping you heel planted on the floor so you're able to drive off it to have better stability and create more power. . Note: I highly recommend an elevated heel shoe if you lack ankle dorsi flexion and to work on ankle mobility. Also, a flat soled shoe like a chuck Taylor should be used to avoid pressing in marshmallows if you'd like to further increase stability and keep that knee joint healthy. . I hope you found this helpful and all of you are having an amazing weekend. Much love ❤️😌🙏🏽 . For 1 on 1 online lifestyle or competitive coaching email me at [email protected] .
