#sundayfunday long run day. Today was the @hmf_events Surftown half marathon. Time, meh. Not bad considering my last two days of running consisted of a marathon on 9-28 and a 2-ish mile run this week. I continue to embrace the #teamnotraining spirit. I am sad we did not get to run past @taylorswift and her Watch Hill mansion. Oh well. Went for a short 3.5 mile run while the kids were at soccer practice and embracing my inner #soccermom. Hubs sent me a text and I paused the @garmin. He thought it was funny- no clue that it is a big deal! Bummer I was not able to turn on the oven remotely (screen shot of the text is in this post). Pulse is getting better with Flovent and albuterol on board. No watch selfie today. Ran 8 miles through @newlondonct on a misty-drizzly #sundayfunday and #longrun day. Breathing was surprisingly much better than during the week and I managed to get in a body-weight workout today.
