Research Methodology 101
Every organization which strives to maintain or improve its strategic position in a constantly changing external environment needs to pursue an analysis of this environment. One of the tools of the external environmental environment is the solicitation of experts’ opinion on the issue of interest. But how do we do this? One of the methods often used is the revised Delphi method, which consists of the following steps:
1. identify recognized experts in the field of interest; 2. seek their cooperation and send them some input, based on a literature search; 3. conduct personal interviews with each expert based on a structured questionnaire.
