But hang on... “TWO Inklings?!” you ask?  Well, long story short, I switched Switches before save data transfers. Created a new account/Inkling on my new Switch and then eventually, when save data transfers were enabled I got my old account/Inkling and save data back from my partner’s Switch. Couldn’t bare to part with either of my inkling girls (I’d spent a lot of time with both!) so there you have it... two accounts, two inklings! Still I play with both regularly. Personality wise, they’re like two sides of the coin that is me IRL so I tend to pick and choose which account/inkling to log in and play with depending on my mood. 😊
