I can’t fully express how much I admire Sebastian’s outlook and perspective. He almost always can find good thing even in the devastating situation. He is always so grateful even when he is in dire situation. Just last week at Sepang when the qualifying went so badly for him, he still could smile and even joke around at the interview, being all positive about the race. He even went to the team and thanked them for what they’ve done. And today, he proves it again, when he should retires due to the problem in the car. But look, he went to the garage and thanked the team for their work. He even said “Being critical is part of our job but I have to protect them (the team)”. His outlook is so special. Such an inspiration. He is always grateful but it doesn’t mean he stops criticising. He’s a very critical man. He always wants to improve. He’s bold. But he never forgets how hard the team has worked, he is always thankful for the team, he appreciates people, he appreciates the team. And he does it straight out from his heart, sincerely.
