Tell us more about Marvin!!! :O

Oh whoops, my computer crashed in the middle of answering this last time!

But, I am ALWAYS ready to ramble about Marvin.

So of course I didn’t mean to make him, he just kind of happened (with that little girl’s help) but I think I’ve finally got his backstory down!

So, one night Steve Cobs gets. Pretty drunk. And he sits down and decides to design an entire new product!

Which ends up being Marvin. He sketches out the whole design (kinda sloppily), and writes all these notes for what this thing would do.

When he wakes up next morning and looks at the plans, he realizes:

They’re absolutely ridiculous! Why would he-? What was he thinking?!

So he files the plans away, planning on never looking at them again!

A couple months later, while a (fairly important) conference is happening and some bootleggers decide this is the perfect opportunity to steal some of the plans for the next big Meeple inventions!

Only to steal the Marvin plans.

He was made by them, thought to be the Next Big Thing. They followed the plan perfectly but.

It was a design made by a drunk man. So Marvin. Was not what they expected.

He didn’t look or act like a Meeple, and he had a lot of malfunctions built in. His arms aren’t even jointed.

So they end up casting him aside.

Steve Cobs doesn’t want him, why would he, so. Marvin ends up wandering around for awhile.

Until Mepad finds him on a perimeter walk! And decides to take him in!

So that’s his backstory in as few words as I could manage. I’ve got more but I don’t wanna make this too long, so feel free to ask any specific questions you have.
