One time, when Quackity was walking to the glade where he meets the fairies, he stumbled upon a very different fairy. It had bright pink hair, red wings, and a gleaming sword, but mostly importantly it was mad at Quackity. A volley of bells rang out like a war cry before the fairy attacked. The fairy swooped at Quackity and slashed him with its sword. It aimed for Quackity’s eyes. Quackity tried to swat it away, but the fairy was too quick. He ended up with a thick cut on his eyebrow and another right below his eye, in addition to the slashes he had on his arms and hands from trying to fend off the attack. Finally he managed to swat the fairy before it permanently blinded him. It was knocked off course and fell to the ground. Quackity didn’t stop to check if it was alright. He ran out of the forest before the fairy could recover and use its magic on him.
When he met up with Roier and Missa later, he said that he had gotten attacked by a cat. (They don’t believe him, but what else could it be?) Missa insisted that Quackity properly take care of the cuts with good reason because most of the cuts were infected. (Quackity suspects that the sword was poisoned. He is correct.)
