Ougghh I love the directing in the scene that Colin gets outed to Isaac.

Something I noticed in my most recent rewatch was when Isaac walks away, it cuts to Colin sitting on one side of the couch, the other side empty. The focus isn't on just Colin here, he's not in the center of the screen, the middle of the couch is the center focus. It's representing how alone he feels at that moment because of the way Isaac reacted.

I just rewound the scene of her greeting Rupert at the funeral 3 times to rewatch. “Rupert, I think about your death every single day. Oooh I can’t wait! I’m gonna wear red to your funeral. I will be a beacon of joy to the other three people there.” Like I am GAGGED???

This may be a stupid idea, and is probably just because I’m doing a Ted Lasso rewatch but I neeeed for Ruth Jones to play Colin’s aunty or something in series 4 (which feels like a mistake to make anyway seeing as how series 3 had high points but was a bit of a mess)

Can you imagine she walks in with a “what’s occurin’?” I don’t want her to be Nessa or anything but that captivating mysterious energy would go so perfectly with Bumbercatch’s strangeness I think it would be tv gold
