the pus was oozing out cos we'd given antibiotics ystrdy and it liquified but there was no??? Actual exit point?? No sinus opening no ulcer no punctum no gum bleeding; Literally just draining through the skin of the gingivoalveolus and the sulcus. It even started retrograde into the next tooth
We did an emergency a/o after draining as much of it. We'll be checking tmr again but geez.

Turns out the little strip of gauze that had been put into the hole after my tooth removal had, in fact, not fallen out on its own like I thought
The dentist said I should remove it after three to four days, but I couldn't find it when I tried to get it out, so I assumed it was either already out, or it would make an appearance later on
The later on was just now
10 days after the removal
It was not a comfortable thing to pull out, and there was a wave of fresh blood

It also means that my hole is *now* fully exposed, which is of course even more fun for me to try and eat stuff without filling it to the brim with crumbs and whatever
