Today on ABMN we bring great promise and hope. Teleos' debut demo, Desine Fata Devm Flecti Sperare Precando, a melodic black metal gem from the heart of Chile.
Keen listeners will definitely scratch their heads at this one. We are confident that the first question you'll have, will be: "how does this sound so crisp for a demo??". Teleos are prolific on their first outing as the production and writing is so stunning, that it could've definitely passed for a first EP. In fact, we can totally see a future where this act garners a following that will consider this to be an EP and NOT a demo.
Riffs and ideas flow into each other so well, it screams maturity and brilliance. The album also sports some beautiful artwork, that reflects the abstract nature of the lyrics that as the artists themselves puts it, is an interrogation "on nature and its order, understood as a performance of the human intellect". Teleos seek to interrogate the supposed dominance that humans force upon nature and the consequences of those actions.
