Under 50%
Around 50-60%
65-70%
Over 70%
For context:
30°C / 86°F is a hot summer day.
Low humidity at 30C is “dry heat” as you would get in higher altitudes or desert regions.
Medium humidity of 35-50% is what you get in most Northern US cities.
Around 70% is normal for Florida or Louisiana, or during a northern city’s heat wave
Above 70% is tropical
The higher the humidity level, the greater the perceived temperature (humidex), because when the surrounding air is saturated, you can’t cool yourself via sweat evaporation.

"I cannot use Celsius bc Celsius was made for WATER and I am a HUMAN" is the dumbest argument I have seen so far next to "I'm from the US and can't be bothered to learn anything else"
Celsius wasn't built exclusively to measure water temperature, and its uses do not limit themselves to water alone. It was invented as a way for everyone to use a standarized temperature scale based on natural phenomena we see every day, so we don't resort to stuff like "0 degrees is somewhat cold and 100 is somewhat warm" (have you forgotten not everyone feels temperature the same, depending on what weather they grew up in?)
Also, you're not an ammonia solution used to keep british beers cold, yet you keep sucking fahrenheit's boots off
