Temple of Endless Night

Just a small update on my progress. 

I don’t know how it happened (I know exactly how it happened), but I managed to write over 4000 words (excluding code) just today. This brings us much closer to the update and to finally meeting Persenet! The update will be up tomorrow. The next update will introduce the 4th LI (male), and I’ll start working on it as soon as this one is up. 

I hope you all like Persenet as much as I do.

Here’s a little something. It’s a love song sang in ancient Egyptian. 

Note:sister/brother means lover/beloved.

Thought I’d share my new ideas for having more Menkaure in the following chapters. I’m modifying the dream scene from Chapter 1. 

Changes: 

You’ll be able to refuse Menkaure. 

Menkaure will leave a tattoo on your forearm. (It’ll let you speak to him from afar.)

I might add a bit of Menkaure to Chapter 2 (through the tattoo), because the romances won’t be balanced otherwise. 

The next update should also include an alternative way of getting the Ankh amulet in Chapter 1. It’ll also make it useful. I want it to be able to automatically save you (once) from death.

A small update is out. Here’s the changelog: 

Added the possibility to refuse Menkaure.

Changed the dream scene with Menkaure (ca. 500 words, excluding code). He will leave a tattoo on your wrist. (It’ll let you speak to him from afar.)

Modified the Ankh Amulet. It can now automatically save you (once) from death.
