Job: Chirugeon Arcana (Healer based arcanist) Role: Melee Healer

Weapons: Twin Carbuncles (Amethyst and Garnet); Arcanima-based support magic through rapier focus.

AI Behavior: Tenaki takes up a position close to the tank at all times, but remains on the opposite side of the boss/any mobs from them. She starts the battle with protective shields for her allies, and orders her carbuncles into battle, with one providing debuffs and the other maintaining heals for smaller amounts of damage.

For herself, Tenaki utilises her Red Mage rapier in conjunction with levin-aspected magic to deal damage during any DPS phases, but her primary focus is keeping her allies alive. Tenaki will sacrifice her carbuncles aether in order to do large burst healing when required, and is capable of calling upon the xaela shaman powers she was taught, which bears similarity to conjuration, in order to deliver potent burst AoE heals when required. 

As a melee healer, she will almost always stack with the tank when required, shielding them both through the worst of things, and usually follows up this with a buff to get the tank right back into the enemy’s face and working on their assault. 

Tenaki is a coordinated Maelstrom Captain, and will often call out battle field commands when required, and likes to keep an eye on the battlefield; as such, when it comes to mechanics, she is often the first to act and encourages her allies to get into position.

Full name: Tenaki born of the Dotharl, raised by the Borlaaq, Captain to the Maelstrom. 

Pronunciation: Ten-AH-key

Nicknames: Tenky; Tonky; Captain; Frumpkin’s Mum; 

Height: 5 fulms, 43/64th’s of an ilm

Age: 24.

Zodiac: Unknown

Languages: Eorzean Common; Old Auri; Modern Xaelic; rudimentary Doman 

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Hair color: Black, with the occasional violet or caramel dyed into it. 

Eye color: Red, with sharp red limbal rings

Skin tone: Olive with a light sea-breeze tan.

Body type: Small and lithe, some previous muscle mass having given way to body fat.

Accent: Extremely enunciated Othardian. Tenaki never uses contractions and speaks almost stiffly, on account of learning Eorzean Common from various stuffy sorts.

Dominant hand: Left

Posture: Stiff and business like, most of the time, with a lot of arm folding and sighing.

Scars: A host of small scars all over her body, even some on her scales. Her left horn has a nick about the size of an unshelled peanut out of it. 

Tattoos: Nothing permanent, but depending on holidays or times of important (i.e.; a time of mourning) Tenaki does decorate her body with henna tattoos or war paint.

Most Noticeable Features: The “100% done” look in her face usually hits people before the eyes, the heart shaped face or the horns do -- despite her slight stature, Tenaki has a loud non-physical profile.

Close friends: I’Shanna Bhen, Kaede Nolan and Thomas Hayward are her closest friends. Close behind these come Alexander Rendon, Rauffe Bell, Lukas Goodwill and Niwa Yasuraoka. She likes a number of the other Coeurl’s, but not enough to consider herself close to them, given that they are patients and she is a very closed off individual.

Relationship status: Extremely single.

Vices: Tenaki would posit that due to her busy lifestyle she has none.

Love language: Tenaki hasn’t quite developed a love language of her own, yet, since she’s so closed off, but one could argue the way she berates her friends to keep safe and tells them off when they’re not taking proper care of themselves, acting like a nagging mother hen is the closest you’re going to get to love from the spiky little lizard.

         ( I guess...I'm getting scared. Sometimes...when I'm with all of you...  I...feel like we're on the same wavelength......you know?            But when the battles start happening, it's different. Everyone's tempo seems to pick up and...                                   ...I get left behind. I try to catch up, but it's no use... How far is everyone going? I can't hear anyone... 

               Once I catch up, I wonder... Is everyone safe?   Will they welcome me with open arms?                              ......Is everyone ok? Will we all make it back together? )
