I love to bike – I bike 6 miles or more a day.
I am a writer so I have a project going here and there.
Finished my first book called “Finding a Forever Home” about true animal rescue stories I gathered from rescues around the country. That has an interesting story behind it starting at my father’s ranch in Montana.
I have a mission – to help parents find a balance for their children between all-pervasive technology and real-life, healthy experiences.
I also sincerely believe in California’s First 5 initiative in the critical role we parents play in the first 5 years of our children’s lives particularly in early literacy and language development.
So, I created The Storytelling Box – a product that helps and supports parents to tell or create original stories with their children – improving their cognitive, language and communication skills.

I can honestly say that painting and creating are my favorite pastimes. I am so very blessed, at this point in my life, to be able to do the thing that brings me the most joy. I also love finding things to photograph that I will use later to create pictures.
I am visual artist painting in acrylic on canvas and with wax on paper. I paint non-representational abstracts– Lines? What lines?

On top of this I’m studying for a Diploma in Photography at The Photography Institute.I’m also an Independent Consultant for Neal’s Yard Remedies Organic, natural Skincare, oils and superfoods. I love travelling! One of my favourite places is Costa Rica 🙌🏽❤️
