My teorie of the abstractión I'm starting to understand a little how it works about abstraction. Jax was in his beautiful room looking into space, so when that thing appears on the wall (coincidentally those arms remind me of Ribbit).
It would be a hallucination and when he touches it he enters that world full of faces of Ribbit and Kaufmo including him and as we see he floats away and relaxes for me it is as if you were absorbing yourself with all that crazy world and the music.
Because the eyes change color and are the same as the of kaufmo. That means that perhaps the same thing happened to him, although in Kaufmo's case it was not the same, that can also mean that each member of the circus is abstracted in their own way.
In Jax's case, he was about to become abstracted in a calm manner while he was "sleeping." Kaufmo surely abstracted himself while awake and aware of how his body changed and became lost without control, because to a certain extent, Jax still has enough awareness and control of himself to not break down yet, which is why he has enough control to not let himself get carried away or let the abstraction consume him.
