so one of the romance novels I bought today is from an author I really like and she really went ahead and named the male lead Gus. like of all the unattractive names to pick for your male love interest. cannot wait to read those sex scenes
NOOOOOO THAT'S A CINDERELLA MOUSE NAME.
can’t stop whiplashing to gartic phone when almost all of us had to draw lovebots
so im incapable of asking for help and im ALSO incapable of TAKING help when its OFFERED to me!!!!! double whammy!!!!!!
wcrden asked:
❛ neuvillette, ❜ he chimed sweetly, steadily moving closer to the iudex, disregarding that while the doors were closed, they were still at his office. boldly, he sets his hands against his waist, and draws him gently closer, unless he truly showed resistance. next, he places a kiss to his jaw, and another along the line of it, trailing them higher, and letting them grow more and more open. ❛ i don't have it in me to resist you today, ❜ he whispers against his ear, finally.
He wasn't so much disappointed in Wriothesley as much as he was in himself in that moment. He should have known he would close the distance between them when he called him so sweetly and he should have created it when he felt his hands on his waist and his lips on his jaw. They talked about this, of course, and Neuvillette had made it perfectly clear that his professionalism and his status as the iudex would always come first.
He thought it a terrible thought but it was a necessity to remain impartial before the public and felt the soft bubbling of guilt spread horribly over his chest.
Pulling away seemed like a cruel decision but Neuvillette pressed his hand against Wriothesley's chest and gently, lightly pushed him away after his whispered words, taking a step back himself. ❝You must.❞ He said and his chest felt heavy, his brows stitching to form a frown. He had precious little time with his beloved and it felt unjust and cruel to push him away when he was seeking him out but they both had to adhere to certain boundaries established when their relationship began. ❝We are in my office, after all.❞ He cleared his throat and circled around his desk, taking a seat behind him and creating further distance between the two.
opening libby is so dangerous bc ill be trying to find a book to start reading or listen to and all i end up doing is adding more books to my wishlist
