On January 27, 1951, nuclear testing at the Nevada Test Site(NTS) officially began with the detonation of Shot Able, a 1-kiloton bomb. The last full-scale nuclear test conducted at the NTS was "Divder" on September 23, 1992. That means the test site was used/active for a total of 41 years, 7 months, and 25 days. I think.
