//Okay disclaimer here; there is a fuckload of shading here! It was difficult to make sure that both outfits won't be camouflaged, so I tweaked the colours and boom, ended with a belated birthday present for a fantastic friend; @texmexchexmix Both our characters, Human!Dedede and Sapphire, are sharing a nice embrace in the freezing cold. They have a nice relationship of older sister and her little brother both spending time with each other in the big city. Dedede's wearing his favourite winter coat while Sapphire's was a mixture of both her Reaper cloak and what I visualised to be her winter outfit. I WILL colour these two in! Maybe with sharpies... Hope you had a good one, Sapph-mun~//

Adrien eyed Alya with skepticism then looked down into the pot, a mire poix sizzling in the bottom. “I don’t know. Cooking always seemed more like chemistry to me.”

“Well yeah” Alya scoffed, “if you’re a boring lame-ass.” She closed her eyes and waved around her wooden spoon. “Cooking is art. Balancing notes of flavor, undertones. Sweet, salty, sour, bitter, savory, all working together in perfect harmony.”

“Now you’re making it sound like music.”

Alya dropped her hands and fixed Adrien with an exasperated glare. She sighed and pressed a kiss against Adrien’s temple. “You sweet, sweet cinnamon roll.”

“I thought we were making soup.”

So @texmexchexmix , @upoyk and I did one of those art swap things combined with a palette challenge for eachother’s characters! Along with some lighting experimentation cause well, may as well go the full mile I guess.

Miraculous Sapphire: Rise of D-Zilla

A bright aura of aquamarine formed within the streets of a city, which would have a new visitor. Out he came, the corpulent king himself of Dream Land, though not in the most subtle of entrances. Due to the portal initiating on a wall of a jewellery store, the one who made it feel from a height and collided onto the path with his belly breaking the fall. Without any pain whatsoever.

After looking up briefly, the King stood up onto his large yellow feet, before he took a longer glance at the very city he crashed into. There were people about along with various double-decker tour buses, but the main sight was this strange four-legged building. This wasn't the destination he chosen himself in order to go on a pub crawl with King K Rool, Wario and Captain Syrup. This wasn't New Pork City, the place he poorly-painted on his own.  

Paris. A wonderful city in Europe. In the HUMAN world. He thought that been wiped out years ago...!
