Today i called back a scammer and wasted 15 minutes of this poor woman's life as she searched for the debt account of Monkey D. Luffy.
You waste my time i waste yours.
[ if any unknown number texts you with a generic thing like “How was your day” or “Hi is this (incorrect name)” and then they introduce themselves and ask for your name? DO NOT ANSWER THEM. They are scammers trying to get your information to answer your security questions.
This moron tried to get me with the same name from two different numbers. Laugh at them. ]
Okay, folks. Take note. I got a #ScamText on my phone. I know it's a scam because ALL the deliveries can find us, and the mail lady knows us very well and would come knock on the door if she wanted something.

Hey so I got a text message this morning claiming to be from the USPS saying they couldn't ship my package due to "incomplete shipping address" even though I havent bought anything since last year. Its officially the holiday shopping season and scammers are getting more active, so please be careful and don't click on any links you don't trust!

I love messing with these really bad text scammers. This poor guy is never going to make money if this is the best he can do. 😂

Around the holidays this scam runs around a lot more because, obviously, people are buying things online. The goal of this scam is to get you to click on a sketchy link, or worse, get you to fill in personal information about yourself (here they're asking for you to give them your address; they might also ask for you to restate your credit card information just to "double check").
Don't do it. Don't click anything. It's a scam.
If you're worried it could be real, go to the website you bought the item from and log in there. If there's an issue with your shipping, it will be stated there.
Again: don't click on the link.
